This store is great. I love shopping here. They have the best kitchen items and fantastic deals. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help you find what you are looking for. The only thing I would suggest (and hope for) is for them to get a larger selection of items for bread making. I make all my breads homemade and I'm always looking for places to stock my kitchen with more helpful tools.

They have some lovely things, and I had a gift certificate.
I didn't find anything that I had on my list. It was only available online.
That's fine, but there is no need for me to go back to the store if they don't even carry a food portioner or the mixing bowl I wanted.

Always a good resource for entertaining needs and at excellent prices. The quality, color options and thoughtfulness put into houseware make it hard to compete with WS. The outlet is close to my house which really feeds into my addiction for table scapes and new table settings. I highly recommend.

Although Williams Sonoma is my favorite store and I love to cook, the outlet appears to offer no real savings on items.

I went in looking for a roasting pan, and the cheapest I could find was $150-$200. I ended up going to another store and was able to purchase one for $25.

If you need any dishware or cutlery however, this is a nice place to go to see the variety and get a hands on feel for the items

If you like William and Sonoma, but dont like the standard price then this is the place for you. The store offers a larger selection of items than the standard storefront, but with a twist. Most of the store is up to 40% off at any given day! Here is the perfect place to get your cooking essentials. We loaded up on last trip, and will be back for sure for any future household needs! Lastly, the staff is very friendly and the store clean.

I went there on Sunday afternoon with a friend. My friend purchased 3 items and asked for individual bag since they all going to different places. Sandra, sales associate, was very rude. She was just repeatedly saying "we don't do that". Then, she called the female store manager who is even more rude. The store manager did not seem to care at all and said that the store would not have enough bags. It seemed to me that it's more of store's inventory problem, not customers' problem. If the store are always out of bags and don't order more bags, instead refusing to give bags upon customers' reasonable requests, it's a huge management problem there. Besides if the store policy is to protect and keep the bags and ditch the customers, please make a big sign in front of your cashier so that I won't bother asking.
At the point when the situation didn't seem to possibly get any worse than it already was, Sandra ended by saying "I'm right and you (refer to customers) are not always right" I don't know what kind of customer service training she's been through, but that totally blew me off. I never said I was always right, I was just simply and politely asked for bags for items that I paid William Sonoma for. Somehow, they managed to make it seemed like a crime. After my friend purchased her items, I purchased my item and I told the sales associate "Sandra" that I didn't want a bag or anything from her if that's too much to ask for and I hope it help the store fix their "will not have enough bag" issue. The problem is not the products, but it's the people who work there that hurt William Sonoma brand's reputation very badly. I did not expect that an outlet store would offer lower price with lower level of customer service.
***My advice to anybody who shop there: Don't even ask for items to be put on separate bags, it's a crime.

Linda is the main reason that my family and I are driving 20 miles and keep shopping in this store. She always going above and beyond at her job to make sure you get the right products.
All of this location employees are nice, friendly and helpful.
Williams Sonoma is very lucky to have a employee like Linda.
