Visited for the first time today. The workers were not friendly. Greeted everyone in the store except me. Not sure if it’s because I am younger or the fact I was wearing a sweatshirt & leggings. I did purchased 2 items and still no customer service skills. Not even a “thank you, come again!” I am not one to leave reviews at all, much less like this but my experience was extremely off putting.

We visited to grab a bottle or two of wine, and we ended up getting a couple of glasses in their tasting area.

Nice selection of wines from around the world. Since California wines are my thing (being the winemaker at Villa del Monte winery), I was disappointed that there were no Santa Cruz Mountains wines. They had Napa and Santa Maria wines though and a nice selection of them.

There are so many wonderful things about this store. If you can't find the kitchen gadget you need the owner will order it for you. You can have a glass of wine or a beer and either sit down to enjoy or walk around and look at all of the fun gifts that are available for purchase. They even handle wedding registries! If you are looking for an experience type of purchase, you can sign up for a cooking and/or a wine pairing class. Live music is also going on here at times. Indoor and outdoor seating are available for you to enjoy your pour. The wine selection is phenomenal and includes things that you will not find on your grocery store shelves. The owner can help you find the perfect bottle based on your preferences. Staff wears masks and follows covid-19 safety precautions.

I am a firm believer in shopping local and The Kitchen Emporium is the perfect place. Everyone is so helpful and I found just the right gifts for my family. Their wine selection is also amazing. The Kitchen Emporium is definitely at the top of my list of "favorite things".

The band in the parking was great, We stayed and shopped cause the music was good, but the gift shop was somewhat pricey for me- nice place though.
