Good day,
I have spoken to your representative regarding opening an account. Of course I was told as all black business owners are told, that you can not supply my store because of your "policy". Your policy seems to only extended to black business owners as you are currently supplying the following businesses: Hair City 1291 Albany Ave; MIA's 59 Albany Ave, BSW 84 Albany Ave. You are also supplying to New Crown 984 Blue Hills Ave as well as Beauty Supply Warehouse located on 1051 Blue Hills Ave.

I have faxed my information numerous times. I can only assume at this time that you are unwilling to abide by the rules of the Fair Trade Commision Act, EEOC as well as the civil rights act of 1964. I do not know if you have had to deal with this issue with a business woman such as myself, I will however inform you that am the last black woman that you want to tango with. I enjoy filing lawsuits and I am a very popular individual in my state. I will love the opportunity to expose your company for its discrimination against black owned businesses. I feel that I may not be the only business going through this, perhaps a class action lawsuit would be in order. I look forward to hearing from one of your associates.

This company they hired the worst salesmans and saleswomans . The Missouri sales woman never answered her phone when you keep calling she's gonna text you no call only text. When l told her I'm gonna complain about her she blocked me the company don't answer me neither. I haven't made an order the past year. So I went back to Zury and Eve hair and other hair company.smh

Their racist practices make it difficult for Black Owned beauty supply stores to function. The are refusing to supply Paradise Hair in Collingdale PA, a Black owned business, even though the owner will pay cash. They won't supply him because the Asian owners of Hair World in Yeadon, PA and Cedar Beautu Supply in Darby, PA told him not to.
