We went here on Valentine’s day for family dinner. The restaurant was quite busy but we were seated immediately. We ordered immediately and the food came out pretty quick. However, the server was not attentive to us. We had to ask for fries and water refill. I requested for water with no ice but was given iced water and he also forgot milk that was included with the kid’s meal.

- Banzai burger with fries: just okay. I had this burger in the past and loved the sauce but I was disappointed this time as not a lot of sauce was given. The bun was soft and the patty was perfectly cooked and seasoned. However, I wish the pineapple slice was thicker & was grilled longer. The fries were still piping hot, crispy & not too salty.
- Southern burger with onion rings: good. I tried my hubby’s burger and liked this better. The sauce was delicious! It complemented the whole burger perfectly. The onion rings were very good: crunchy, had good balance of onion & batter, and the sauce was tasty.
- Kids burger with chips: good basic cheeseburger. My kid finished it although it was quite a big burger for kid. The potato chips were crispy and good.

The food was excellent except for the chips and cheese appetizer. The chips were cold and soggy. The cheese was only like warm. Definitely not worth the 10.99. Our meals were great. The service was just ok. She was only half way paying attention to our table. She was very busy talking with her coworkers. At the end I did still tip her even though I had to walk up to the counter get my own container to pack up my food. She never even greeted us the last 7-10 mins we were there. Something to work on.

Stopped by on a Friday late evening (around 10pm) and the restaurant was empty. Literally not a single table seated besides 1-2 guest at the bar.

We were seated right away and food came out promptly. I got my usual go-to royal Red Robin burger & it taste the same every single time. Amazing.

Also ordered wings as appetizer and we enjoyed them.

Yuuuum! We were seated right away at a time when another local burger joint had a 30 minute wait. I had the southern charm burger as recomended by our server...it was yummy. The bugers came to our table within 10 minutes. They were prepared as ordered with fresh tasting buns. The tabletop POS system makes checking out quick and simple.

Kids hamburgers were burnt and hard. Went for my sons bday, let the server know, they never sang happy birthday or gave him a dessert. Disappointed to say the least

Got very sick from this location! Do not eat here!! Service is horrible as well. Also, they charged me twice and I have had to jump through hoops to try and get a refund. On two different occasions they have said I would be refunded but it has been over 21 days! Something is not right with this place. STAY AWAY!

Moved up here from San Jose and Red Robins was a staple for our household there. We tried the one on Greenback, and it was horrible, and we have not been back. A friend told us of the one in Folsom, so we tried it, and it was GREAT!!!! Service, food you name it everything was wonderful. We will be returning.
