This place is a little hard to find when you’re a new customer - that being that it’s on the second floor and hard to see when you’re driving down the busy road. But you’re able to park in their spacious well paved back lot and just use the elevator or back stairs. The guys there are quite knowledgeable. Connor did a great job putting together the Thule snow package for my car. Thule has gotten aggressively expensive over the years so the prices aren’t cheap. But Thule has a 25 year warranty and overall a great product which Rack & Go seems to know well.

Fair, Concise, Knowledgeable and professional. I was researching Kayak racks for my (2) 14.5' Kayaks on my MDX. I called and spoke to Nassir who was very helpful and described all the different options I had. Then I went into the shop and spoke with Conner who was also very helpful. After exploring all the options, I went with the very expensive Thule Huillivators but the guys gave me a fair discount and then pre-assembled the units so the actual install on my vehicle was only about a half hour. I love my hullivsators and my new friends at Rack and Go

As far as market prices. They are right on target. In it words not over priced. The assistants stretches themselves and make sure your satisfied. If he. Order an item they take the time to come to your car and check ✔️ if it correct.Sometimes we think we know what we are ordering and that item may have changed and replaced by another lot number etc. They check ✔️ it out. Trust them very much!!!

Excellent experience. Came in to have a Thule ski rack installed, and they had everything on the car within an hour. Nassir and Donald were great and explained everything. I wish every customer interaction were this easy.

These people were great! Though I'm quite a handy person, I'd had bad experiences with a highly-rated rack system I bought off the web a few years ago, so I decided to get some help. Their people were very knowledgeable, and made sure I understood and could manipulate the parts of the system I got before I left the showroom. Because the position of the rack system was important in keeping it secure, the person who installed it put little Sharpie marks around the feet on the inside of the door frame (where they aren't visible), so I could line it up again easily if I need to remove it for whatever reason. Their wiring specialist even checked out my electrical-to-hitch connection free of charge! Their prices were very reasonable, and they didn't try to oversell me things I didn't need. I was REALLY thankful I found them.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s obvious that the owner cares about the customer experience...he or she seems to hire only friendly experts. I had a big install without an appointment a few months ago...the young guy (maybe 20?) really knew his stuff and then installed a rack and two bike mounts. He literally RAN whenever he needed to get something or answer the phone.

Then recently, I had a problem with an old cargo box. I remembered how knowledgeable and helpful they were so I figured I’d swing by and ask. I got lucky...a THULE rep happened to be there and the store guy and they really wanted to solve my problem. Very helpful. I was lucky to have the whole box replaced because the Thule rep was there...it was several years out of warranty. But the Rack & Go guy was willing to fix it if the Thule rep wasn’t able to swap it.

Anyway, it’s become rare to have such service and This store should be commended!

They did a complicated job really well and took the time to explain my options and how each choice impacted the cost. They installed custom strips on a Honda HRV, which is difficult because the curved top limits spacing for the bars. They made sure that everything worked with my existing equipment (bike and kayak mounts) and everything came out with a clean professional look. The only thing that keeps me from the last star is how much everything costs, but it might not be fair to blame the retail shop.
