My friend had a terrible tragedy happen in her family last week and we were preparing for a funeral on Friday. I ordered these on Sunday night and paid for rush shipping HOPING they would be able to complete them and ship to get there by Thursday. They got here on time and looked so great. Went right on the table and the few small packing wrinkles smoothed out almost immediately. Between the excellent customer service and the high quality linens I am happy and grateful. Probably will order more as linens that don’t wrinkle much are hard to find.

I have a sewing business so I am ordering fabric all the time. I love the quality of their fabrics, much less the vast array of selection and colors. I am so impressed that with my last orders they combined them in one box. I was needing the fabric in the first order ASAP and the other order I needed it right away too. But I choose to only pay the extra shipping cost on the first one. I was so thrilled to find that they went the extra mile and combined them. On top of everything else they were out of one color that I wanted but instead of crediting me for not having the one I wanted. They also went another mile and called me to see if I would prefer a different color. I was a little bit apprehensive about ordering linens online without being able to touch the fabric but I was so pleasantly surprised that the quality was even better than it looked in the photos! The shipping and delivery process went very smoothly and the linens were packed carefully so as not to damage it. I will definitely be returning to this company again for my future events!

One of my favorite places to get fabric from! Customer service has been extremely responsive and friendly when I've occasionally run into issues with my orders. So easy to order through the website, and always quick to ship. I'm extra happy that elastic, which is difficult to come by with the current pandemic, has been added to the online selection.

I ordered elastic to make more face masks. It was here within a week! Quality elastic and a great price. Wish I had purchased here first as other places took about a month to get here and quality not nearly as good.
