I would give zero stars if possible. On my visit on Oct 8th, 2024, the store was infested with cockroaches. When I reported it, the manager was casual and unapologetic, mentioning renovations next month but no immediate action. This hygiene issue has clearly been ongoing based on other reviews. I won’t be returning and they need to shut down the store

In my continuous last visits I have seen rats & cockroaches hygiene issue is big concern. They claim pest control is been done timely but unfortunately it’s not true . They are not even checking quality of food and expiry items - I am afraid to see such quality at Natures Basket above that manager Sanjay Gaurav is very casual about it - pathetic response

We visited here on May 30, 2024, the shop is infested with cockroaches and insects. Despite explaining to them that they are selling food items amidst so much infestation which they shouldn't do, they just kept giving explanations without accepting the real problem. There were cheeses, fruits, vegetables, breads etc which weren't sealed kept with insects around and no one bothered.

This place should be shut down for health concerns.

Nature’s Basket in Oberoi mall has a decent store size and the USP of this store is that you find variety of grocery items including imported brands.
We bought the Zero Sugar Monster Ultra Paradise flavour for Rs. 349, my only concern was that it was at room temperature, could have been in the fridge. Nevertheless it is a good place to shop for imported foods and cheese.

These pictures were taken yesterday. During every visit to this store (once or twice a month) I’ve always found roaches in almost every section. When asked, the staff said they spray the anti-roach formula once a week. But I don’t see it working. I was repulsed from buying anything after looking at the roaches. How come such a store filled with overpriced groceries have a roach problem? Clearly shows negligence at the higher level.

The Oberoi Natures basket is awfully maintained and in very poor unhygienic condition all rats big one running around the store and meat section putting our life’s in danger and all the veggies section is infested with pests and cockroaches all around horrible. When I asked them to kindly call the store manager the guys told me he is on Ganpati leave and asked him why is this terrible situation he telling us that there is no maintenance staff and store will soon go on renovations … Not expected this from Natures Basket. Pls all be aware don’t buy unpacked items specially perishable food

I like nature basket as brand but this store is giving bad name to the brand. They have terrible roaches issue. I have seen so many dead cockroaches that it has put me off. Additionally I bought frozen veggies which were rotten. So shop that is so expensive, should have maintained some standard. I will not buy from this shop anymore.

Store kept very poorly. There are cockroaches near the dairy fridge. The temperature in the fridge doesnt seem low enough to preserve the food. The store smells like a toilet.
