It was an absolute pleasure ordering from Kolikof Caviar & Gourmet. From start to finish, my experience was seamless and exceptional. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Jim, who was not only knowledgeable but also attentive and communicative throughout the entire process, making me feel like a valued customer.

The food arrived impeccably packaged, showcasing the utmost care and high-class standards. Every item was incredibly fresh, a rarity for someone like me who now lives in a remote area with limited access to fresh seafood. As someone who has worked in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants in Manhattan and now owns a business myself, I can confidently say Kolikof delivers top-notch gourmet quality.

If you're craving premium seafood and gourmet items but find yourself far from a coast or major city, Kolikof is a game-changer. I can’t recommend them enough—Jim and his team truly set the gold standard.

My first experience was a few months ago and it was not good, but they made it right when i mentioned it, so i tried them, again last month. It went bad, again. The only time i got someone on the phone, they admitted they didn't ship my salmon out the same day (paid for dearly), and then Fedex left it on their truck for 12 hours. Fedex said the shipper had to file a claim, not me. I can't get anyone at this place to return my calls or emails. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal and I've heard nothing from anyone.
So, I'm out good money for a product that is inedible, and service that stinks like the fish that was delivered days late.
Shame on them.

Just discovered this sight when looking for Ora Salmon. The Ora was spectacular - i grilled it and served with a ginger peanut sauce. Incredible. Also loved the Caviar and the bond in filet. Definitely worth trying this source for high end gourmet food.

I recently picked up an order of for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The Wagyu and filet mignon were exceptionally tender and full of flavor, and the lava cakes were the best I've ever had! Jim and Janet were incredibly friendly and made sure everything was handled and well packaged. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.

I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience. I have been searching for the best of the best when it comes to gourmet foods and I believe I found the winner in Kolikof! Their dedication to delivering the highest standards is apparent the moment you receive the delivery. It is packaged to perfection - everything arrives frozen solid and packaged perfectly and neatly. Each individual piece of seafood and meats are meticulously wrapped and you can tell by looking at them they are of the highest quality. You can see the marbling of the beautiful cuts of sirloin and the high fat content of the Ora King Salmon and each piece of filet mignon, chilean seabass, salmon etc were all the same thickness and proportions which is something I have found to be an issue with other places I have ordered from. If you are considering trying I would highly encourage and am confident you will be more than happy. I will be a customer for a long time to come!

I was excited the last time I ordered to see that they have a new website with so many new products that ! I tried their frozen salmon fillets and two of their lobster tails.
