CAUTION! completely unresponsive customer service. Ordered approx. $350 worth of caviar when it arrived it turned out that the “lesser” Huckelback caviar was spoiled with a strong mildew and musty taste. Several emails and phone calls produced no response and we ended up throwing out $180 worth of caviar. In other words you are on your own. For us they are on the no go list and we had been retail customers for 15 years.

I started buying their caviar during COVID. This is the best place. I’ve purchased their caviar flights a couple of times now and shared with others. The Beluga hybrid is my favorite. They also have many other gourmet products.

I have ordered from them several times. The food arrives very promptly in an insulated container. The quality is unsurpassed. The masago roe I ordered was very fresh. The boudin sausages were delicious and properly chilled. There was a mistake in my order and they quickly fixed it and overnight-ed me another correct product with no questions asked for free

Several years ago I was in a squeeze: I had invited friends for dinner and promised duck confit as part of the meal. Duck confit that I had prepared myself. There was not a duck leg around from any of my 'normal' sources, it was too late to order them online and, voila, I ran into the House of Caviar and Fine Foods.
Wow! My first order included those legs and then some. Luckily, I live close by and picked up my extensive order. Had to wait for a few minutes, which was a fabulous experience: The place has so many rare, unusual, fabulous foods, spices, accompaniments to offer. VERY impressive. Great catalog.
Since then I'm hooked and go there for rare meats, unusual sausages, foie gras, bottarga, and so many other delicacies. I order a day or two ahead and my perfectly packed bowl is ready for me on arrival.
The service at the House of Caviar is outstanding, the quality of the items exceptional!

I ordered royal Russian ocetra caviar and blinis. They arrived on dry ice, fresh, and tasty. These were the best I've had in the US, and I've ordered them several times and always been happy with the quality and flavor! Never an issue with order, delivery, packing, quality -- always great!

I have ordered Kaluga select now for several years as an anniversary gift and never been disappointed. The caviar came exactly on the day I scheduled properly cooled and was absolutely the best Kaluga I have had; the pearls were large, uniform and with a perfect degree of salt. There are many companies offering caviar , House of Caviar is by far the best both in terms of quality but also the best value.

I happen to live close to this place and am fortunate to be able to pick up from them. I was amazed that they they still pack everything with ice packs even though I told them I could bring a cooler. Their caviars that I ordered were great. They also had 50% off on some items that was an amazing deal. Definitely a great company to deal with. Will do business with them again!

I was in need of a special gift for my Mom's 90th birthday since I couldn't be there due to Coronavirus concerns. Recalled she loves caviar so contacted House of Caviar in Ft Lauderdale. The man who assisted me on the phone was extremely helpful, made a few recommendations and had the caviar delivered that same day. My mother was thrilled. We'll be back for more!
