Um es kurz zu machen, hier schmeckt die Wurst wie hausgemacht, so wie man sie im Osten mag.
Schon wenn man den kleinen Laden betritt, ist man vom Duft der in Reihe und Glied aufgehängten Würste und Schinken und den aromatischen Gerüchen nach Majoran und anderen Kräutern überwältigt.
Hier gibt es alles, was das "Ossiherz" höher schlagen lässt.
Frische Wurst aus dem Kessel, genauso wie die top geräucherte Wurst und der Schinken aus dem Buchenrauch. Dazu leckere, selbstgemachte Salate, Rostbratwürste, Wiener, Salami etc.
Der Hammer sind für mich die Grützwurst, die Rotwurst, die Leberwurst, das Griebenschmalz und nicht zu vergessen, die "Wurschtsuppe"...einmalig und ohne Nititpökelsalz!!
Eine attraktive und fachlich kompetente Fachverkäuferin rundet das Bild ab. Sie ist übrigens auch maßgeblich für die leckeren Salate und den Partyservis verantwortlich.
Alles selbst zubereitet, reichhaltig, dekorativ angerichtet und vor allem
...es schmeckt "wie bei Muttern".
