Used to be amazing, new cost cutting measures have drastically changed the food quality, it’s genuinely worse than a take away, so disappointed as I had this as a 5 star before. One of the greats.

Paid £40 for 2 burgers that were tesco quality, so sad.

A nice place to visit whilst doing a bit of shopping at the Trafford centre. We were sat upstairs on the balcony outside which was nice, had the view of the whole dinning area. The staff were helpful and friendly. There weren't many starter options which I was surprised so we just decided to go for mains. I chose a double burger and it was big, so big I had to split it but it was tasty. Went for the chunky chips. The strawberry milkshake was a bit too sweet. Overall we enjoyed a good burger and it was well priced.

We had a lovely experience at this burger place after a long round of shopping at the Trafford Centre. We were seated very quickly and the service was nice and smooth. The food took some time to arrive but the burgers were really nice and the fries were fresh and crispy, the onion rings were the star of the show, best onion rings I’ve ever had. Their home made drinks are refillable too. Overall really enjoyed the meal. Would recommend to visit this place

We visited Gourmet Burger Kitchen last Wednesday evening, excited to try their halal options, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and perfect for an evening out. Our meal was delicious, particularly the burgers and skinny fries, which were cooked to perfection. The K Town burger stood out with its crispy panko-fried chicken breast, flavorful kimchi slaw, and smoky Korean BBQ sauce. I requested it without red chillies, and they accommodated that easily. We also tried the Taxi Driver burger, swapping in halal panko-fried chicken in place of beef, which paired wonderfully with American cheese, a crunchy onion ring, and their house-made GBK relish.

The unlimited sauces, including mayo, mustard, and ketchup, were a nice touch and complemented the skinny fries well. We also indulged in an Oreo milkshake, which was thick, creamy, and rich, made with fresh cream, not milk – the perfect treat to go with our meal.

However, the only disappointment of the night was my mocktail. It sounded refreshing on the menu, with passion fruit, vanilla, fresh mint, lemon, and lime, but when it arrived, the mint leaves were black and wilted, which wasn’t appealing. I ended up taking them out, but thankfully, this minor setback didn't overshadow the overall experience.

Despite the issue with the mocktail, Gourmet Burger Kitchen made our evening delightful with fantastic food and friendly service.

Terrible experience. My first and last time at this burger place. The burgers weren't bad but there was not much good about them either. Kids burger came with mayo despite not listing on menu. The real let down was the fries, under cooked, pale greasy and far too skinny. We left the fries and only ate the burgers. Left the place underwhelmed, unsatisfied and 20 quid lighter.

There was no check up from waitress either.

Had good expectations and was extremely disappointed.

Visited with 11 yo and 14 yo for lunch. Service was excellent, menu explained and nice choice of tables. I liked the decor and we all had the £7.95 lunch offer which I thought was good value. No drink included but they weren’t too expensive for the quality here. Lovely food, really great burgers for all three of us. We always like a QR code for ordering too. No complaints here and we will be back. Thank you

I liked how you could order your food and drinks on an order terminal at your table. It made it feel like there was less pressure to decide on your order there and then. There were many options available to customise your burger. You could also pay at the terminal which made paying the bill much easier, as you don’t need to find a member of staff.

We ordered the Classic Panko chicken burger. All the customisation requests to the order were met without complaint. Chips were perfect, and the service from staff was good.

Only negative thing I have to say is that the games on the order terminal cost money to use, which is a bit of a rip off after paying out £12 just for a singular burger. Food was good, but prices were a little on the pricey side.

Fantastic burger, really juicy and tasty. Chips were good as well, a decent portion thankfully as they are quite expensive. Sauces were nice. When seated you go up to the counter to order and pay. It asks you about the tip then which before you’ve had the service it’s hard to know what to tip so feel they are missing out on some tips.
