While the shop staff were extremely nice, I’m not sure the products they have on the shelf are of good quality. I purchased their brand’s 625mg CBD only gummy that was not expired on the label, but had an extremely sour taste (not the typical weed adjacent after taste you get with these products) and I proceeded to be stuck in the bathroom all night reacting to it though I’ve never had issues with high dose CBD in the past. Unfortunately because I have opened the package, I’m ineligible to get a return. If you shop here, I would be careful of their brand products.

I visited this store with my bestie for the 1st time today after attending the Business franchise expo. I'm really glad we stopped in ,and got to meet Julian and Krystal ! Very great customer service ! The store was clean,and had several varieties of products. Both Julian and Krystal were knowledge in each product. I bought the CBD Venon relief roll to give to my mom for her osteoarthritis and tendinitis in her knees . I will come back to give a review for sure!
If I ever come back up this way I surely will stop in to say hello. ? we had a few good laughs ?

This place is a scam. I got sold a ton of products under the impression that they were not cbd but in fact THC. The sales person never spoke about the prices or let me know how over priced it Really was. When I got to the register it was over $500! She ensured me that it was worth the amount. I have shopped online and in dispensaries and I have NEVER paid that much. I thought with the price it would be quality at least but it was definitely not. It felt like I was smoking absolutely nothing. I got sold two vape pens and neither of them work. I also asked for my receipt to be emailed but I never received it. I specifically asked for it so I could have a breakdown of prices. I saw the same two pens I purchased online for a price well under $50. I tried calling with no response and absolutely floored that I was put in this situation. I had a friend visit the shop shortly after me and he said the sales person negotiated a price for him? I bought several items and I was never given that option or aware it was even possible in a retail store located in a mall! I don’t think its a coincidence that they didn’t give me the proof of purchase. The sales person was actively vaping before I came in the store and under the influence while she was assisting me. The mall is none smoking. If you are an avid THC user this is not the place for you. You will be sold lies and up charged significantly.

UPDATE 2 DAYS LATER:

purchased mushroom gummies and a vape from this store. 1st of all the gummies we were sold did not work at all. Ada said they were extremely strong and taking 2 of the thousand mg would be perfect. My boyfriend and i both took 2 and a half and felt nothing. She kept changing up the deals at the register and was supposed to throw in a free thc beverage and then took it back before we left when she realized we did not notice. i checked my bag after and realized we did not have it. Beware of salespeople that are so adamant about giving you deals.

Calificación en 3 porque el día de los padres de este año 2024. Fui a la tienda que está en American Dream por primera vez me atendieron súper bien pero me cobraron el doble de lo que cuesta el producto en su tienda online y eso que me daban descuento por ser el día de los padres. Así me dijo la chica. El producto costaba $250 en su tienda online y en la tienda me cobraron $425. Me sentí estafada me comuniqué con ellos en su página de atención al cliente por escrito y nunca recibí respuesta de ellos. Definitivamente no vuelvo a comprar en esa tienda.

Didn't plan on spending more than $100 and ended up leaving with over $200 worth of supplies lol 10/10 experience. I will be back ASAP 🙂
