Anytime I walk into this store with my mother, we are never greeted. We walked in and were face to face with the employees, but were met with crickets and side eye. I don’t expect for anyone to go above and beyond for me, but a simple greeting would have been sufficient. We are Latina, and I get the sense that we are not welcome there. The body language makes it incredibly obvious to me. At best, it’s poor customer service. At worst, it’s something else, if you can read between the lines.

I love the concept of the store. It has a large assortment of cute/amusing gifts(kitchen supplies, kids toys, snacks). I've been there a few times, though, and felt like I was being watched and followed around. Seemed like they thought I would steal or break something. 1/2 star for service(1 lady was nice 1 time). 2 1/2 stars for products offered

My mom loves this place. She is white I am mixed. And I was browsing and they followed me the entire time as well as called a patrol officer in like they were trying to make me nervous while I was wasting time waiting for someone else. If you are brown-skinned they will think you are stealing. I felt so unwelcomed when I love the items in store.

I really like the item in this store but it recently dawned on me that they make it very obvious that if you are brown, they don't want you in there. I recognized how the adress Caucasian customers and when I took my items up to the front the only words spoken to me were the price. No eye contact, no have a pleasant day, you could just feel the disgust. As much as they have to offer in the way of interesting gift ideas and food choice, i will never give them business again. Up until I read the other reviews on Google I wondered if maybe I was seeing something not there. But obviously if they don't adress the reviews they are probably ok with people feeling this way.

While there is great products at this store, I feel as though the staff puts more of their energy into making sure their customers of color aren’t “stealing” anything in there rather than actually servicing their customers at the counter. Despite coming to this store often, the respect shown towards white customers is not shown to their brown customers.

Rude staff!! Make u feel unwelcome but I noticed the smiled engaged in conversation w/caucasian people. Not much was said to me stone cold face expression. No eye contact felt as if i wasn’t ther. One lady walked away as I asked a question. Will never go back again. Wrong town to be acting foolish towards the community.

I absolutely love shopping there and every time I go in, I walk out happy. Last time I was there, I purchased their Apple Cider Jam. We had pork chops recently and that jam was a very good substitute for apple sauce. This store gets a 10/10 ?

This store has so many things I wanted to buy, unfortunately the workers had time to follow me around the store (to make sure I didn’t steal- never asked if I needed help) but when I was ready to pay they felt the need to embellish gift baskets while we waited. Two workers were working on a ribbons, while I and another customer waited. I ended up leaving. I will order all my items online for less- customer service is the lifeblood of a business and your business must see the value in all customers.
