Such a great place for new and seasoned hunters. The customer service is unmatched. Every time I go there it’s just a great all around experience. These guys know their stuff. If you’re a new hunter do not go anywhere else. Not only do they take their time and make you feel welcome they educate you on whatever it is you need help with. Just a great group of guys that love talking about hunting. Ask for Paul he’s great!

Not sure what I haven't bought from Go Hunt which would be easier to describe all my purchases..LOL..However what I like best about buying from Go Hunt is buying my products from Paul who knows all the ends and outs of what best suits me for my hunts and he spends a ton of time with me making sure I'm well prepared for my hunts. There is no one else in Vegas at any local hunting shops that is there for the hunter more than Paul and that's why I only buy from him / Go Hunt!!! Paul even lets me bring in my equipment and helps me fine tune any concerns I may have or even lead me in the right direction and at no time does he ever make me thinking I'm bugging him or make me feel stupid with any dumb questions I may have which I cannot say that for the others unfortunately 🙁 Thanks Lorenzo and Porter for having such a Great Guy in your shop to help spend my money 🙂

Signed up for a membership, used it very little, decided several months before the membership ended that I would not be renewing it, so I set the account to "do not renew membership." On the day the membership ended I was surprised to see that they attempted to charge my card for another year of membership (the card guard service my bank provides rejected the charge.) Over the course of the next 6 days they tried three more times to charge my card. I sent an email to their customer service team on a Friday afternoon and received a response from them Monday morning. It was a very "canned" response that did not address or resolve my concerns. It took one more email from me for them to cancel the charge.

Be wary of this company. Even if you set your account to "do not renew" months before the membership is set to expire, they may still try to bill you for another year of service. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Awesome service! I finally was able to try on the boots I was interested in and compare them to the other top brands. Can't do that online. Now, this is now a must stop during every Vegas trip.

This place is awesome and the customer service is outstanding. I go here frequently and there is never a bad experience regardless of who is working the floor. They go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can, all while never trying to upsell you on anything.

Recently took a trip to Vegas from MN with a large group of friends and made sure to plan a visit to the store as I am an avid listener of the podcast and enjoy their videos on YouTube. I am also looking at doing my first western big game hunt this fall so I needed to try on boots and packs. Upon arrival, my friends and I were greeted by Paul and after some brief introductions, we began trying on boots. To say that Paul's customer service is top-notch is an understatement. He is a very friendly and down-to-earth guy who has a wealth of hunting/backcountry knowledge. After a short while, we were able to narrow down my top picks for boots and packs. He encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed about anything hunting and outdoors, we even ended up talking about careers and other topics for a bit. He also never pressured me into purchasing anything nor tried to talk me into the most expensive options, instead, he presented the best options for my needs. He even stayed after closing time on a Friday evening to make sure I didn't leave with any questions unanswered! I can say that GOHUNT has secured a lifelong customer, and I will be visiting anytime I am in town.

Go Hunt has a great app and great showroom. They have everything from water bottles to boots to outdoor gear. We needed good hiking boots and they came through! If they don't have it in stock they can get it ordered too!

GoHunt has earned a customer for life with their amazing prices and customer service. I had some issues with fitment on a pair of boots I purchased from them, they gave me some advice over the phone to try and get them to fit better. After a day of wearing them around the house I decided I needed the wide size, they provided a shipping label to return them and when the system showed they were out of the same boot in wide, they went out to the warehouse to personally find the correct size, and called me back and got them shipped out that day.
Customer service here is truly their top priority!
